This is not just important, it is mandatory. Unlike many companies we don’t issue standard guide lines. Our Site Procedures Manual is specific to our clients’ premises and covers the health and safety issues relating to it.
Our Health & Safety Manager acts in an advisory capacity and our Managing Director has the ultimate responsibility for Health & Safety. All our personnel receive training in Health & Safety at the Induction stage of their employment prior to any individual being deployed to any site.
All Site Procedure Manuals make reference to both our own and our client Health & Safety requirements and specific areas are noted in the Service Level Agreement. It is the responsibility of Dedicated Managers/ Supervisors and Regional management teams to execute the requirements. This is then monitored via the Quality Management System.
