Harefield Academy
The Harefield Academy has replaced the John Penrose School. The new Academy is an 11 to 18 school with accommodation for 750 students aged 11 to 15 and a further 250 post-16 students. The School is set in the village of Harefield on the edge of the Green Belt.
Latitude House
Latitude House is a luxury apartment building located on a prominent triangular site at Camden Town's northern gateway. A four storey high block with two apartments on each floor has an attached three storey block with one flat on each floor. The building's street elevation is a careful, apparently random, arrangement of full height panels of glass and limestone which actually reflect the internal layouts behind.
Clearwater Yard
This three storey office building has been carved out of a tight, landlocked former timber-yard site. The 11,500 sq ft open plan scheme is organised as three individually lettable glazed blocks overlooking a courtyard containing the reception lobby and services. The two side blocks are clad in glazing of varying degrees of transparency and translucency mediated by coloured solid opening vent panels.
St Modwens
St. Modwen is a regeneration specialist operating through a network of regional offices in all sectors of the property industry. These regional offices enable the company to understand local needs and to exercise on the spot control. St Modwen works in partnership with private and public sector organisations, continually mindful of the impact of their developments on the communities in which they operate.
Birkin Services has provided cleaning for the Elstree Business centre, one of St Modwen's significant properties, for over 20 years.
St Francis College
Founded in 1933, St Francis' College is run by St Francis' College Trust, an educational charity, as a multi-denominational Christian community, ecumenical in outlook and welcoming pupils of all faiths. The College provides a broad, balanced education for girls aged 3 to 18, blending traditional values and a modern vision of what the young woman of tomorrow can achieve.
